Our items are sold as is. We do not provide refunds or exchanges.

All of our custom looks are hand-made in store; they can typically take 4-6 weeks, depending on the item.
for busy times of the year (Halloween, Pride, etc) looks can take 4-6 months.

Custom Looks range from $300-$3,000 depending on design and materials. Custom Looks require a 30% deposit up front and are by appointment only.

Alterations have a minimum $25 fee.

Alterations are by Walk-in or appointment.

We aim to complete alterations within 3 days; however, alterations may take up to 2 weeks, depending on workload.

We offer rush services for a fee of $25.

We cater to clients with special sizing needs. While we would love to offer shoes in all sizes, it's important we have fun and sexy shoes for people who can't find their size everywhere!

Unfortunately we don’t have a parking lot, however there are paid parking lots nearby,  and street parking on Gay St. Parking is free on Sundays.

The alley we’re located in can act as a loading zone, meaning you can pull your car in front of our store in order to make quick drop offs or pickups.
